£7M+ in new contracts for a building compliance business
An established compliance company had little public-sector revenue when it started working with Bidgen in Q3 2025. We developed its framework strategy and took on the ongoing bid work. Across Q1 and Q2 2026, it won more than £7M in new contract value.

A capable business with room to grow
The company works in testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC), including building and social housing compliance. It had the capability to deliver, but public-sector work represented a small part of its revenue. The opportunity was to build a consistent route into that market.
A framework strategy, followed by ongoing delivery
Bidgen developed a strategy to access suitable public-sector frameworks and built the bid activity around it. We now bring the client five or more suitable opportunities a month and handle the bid work for those opportunities.
The relationship connects finding work with pursuing it. The client has an ongoing team running the bidding function, with the context retained from one opportunity to the next.
